We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with Swiss data protection law (nFADP) and this privacy policy. The German version is legally binding.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
Services used: The website is operated via Framer (Framer B.V., Netherlands). Technically necessary access data such as the IP address is processed.
Web analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) only with your consent given through the cookie notice. This sets cookies and transmits pseudonymised usage data (e.g. pages visited, device, approximate location) to Google, including to the USA. Without your consent Google Analytics is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” button at the bottom left; you can also block or delete cookies in your browser.
Appointment booking: For appointment booking we use Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA). Calendly’s privacy policy also applies.
Contact form and automation: Enquiries sent via the contact form are delivered by email (Google Workspace) and recorded with Make (Celonis SE, EU data centre) in order to process your enquiry. You automatically receive a confirmation of receipt by email.
Data transfer abroad: Some of the providers mentioned also process data outside Switzerland, in particular in the EU and the USA.
Ordering and invoicing: When you order a package we store your details (name, company, address, email, chosen package) to perform the contract and issue invoices. Invoices are created with Google Workspace and sent by email; order and invoice data are kept with Make (EU data centre) in a data store. Payment is made by bank transfer (QR bill).
Retention: We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as long as statutory retention obligations (e.g. for invoices and business records) apply.

3. General terms and conditions

Project proposals and approvals Every project starts with a detailed proposal. Work only begins after the client’s written approval (confirmation by email is sufficient).

Fees and payments

Payment is due within 15 days of the invoice date. Payment can be made by QR bill (bank transfer) or online by card or TWINT. For larger projects, a 50 % deposit may be requested before the project starts.

Revisions

Unless otherwise agreed, two rounds of revisions are included in the project price. Additional changes after these rounds are charged by effort.

6. Client’s duty to cooperate

The client ensures that all data, access and API keys required for implementation (e.g. Make, OpenAI) are provided in good time.

7. Intellectual property

Once paid in full, the rights to use the automations and software solutions created pass to the client. Copyright remains with Alvaro AI Solutions.

8. Cancellation and refunds

If a project is terminated early, services already provided will be invoiced. No refunds are given for systems that have already been configured and delivered.

9. Confidentiality

We undertake to treat all trade secrets, customer data and internal information made available to us in the course of our cooperation as strictly confidential.
